Through IM we can keep a list of people we want to remain in
contact with. We can message anyone whosoever is added in our pal number or
perhaps contact number providing that person is usually on the web. We sort the
text in a small window which can be seen on both of the screens.
Features that are provided by most of the IM are :-
- Instant Messages - Helps us in sending notes forward and backward having a buddy who is on the web.
- Chat – Assists within developing a chat area with our fellow workers as well as co-workers.
- Video – Helps in chatting face to face with friends and send and view videos.
- Images – Can see the image that is in friend’s computer.
- Sounds – Helps in playing sounds.
- Files – Can share files by sending directly to friend’s computer.
- Talk – Can call our friends using internet and talk to them directly without using phone.
- Streaming Content – Can look at the current stock quotes and news.
- Mobile Capabilities – Can send instant messages from the cell phone.
- Web Links – Can share our favourite web sites.

Depending on the INTERNET MARKETING process, this complex structure may be peer-to-peer (direct point-to-point transmission) or perhaps client-server (a central server retransmits emails from the sender towards receiver).
